I'm starting a new exercise program, it's called T-Tapp on the front page of her book Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes, Teresa Tapp says you can lose up to 2 sizes in 4 weeks, so I'm excited to see what happens!!!  It's a lot harder than I thought it would be, and it's different than any other workout that I've ever done. I'll keep you posted :-)
